No Bean Yet

Today we had our 39-week appointment. Although the doctor said that we made "great progress" since last week, no Bean just yet. The baby has definitely dropped (the doctor said she is "very low" and could feel the top of her head!) and I am now 50% "effaced" plus two centimeters dilated. We had some additional tests done and all seems to be well in the Tripp cocoon. Contractions seem to be coming and going the past few days. Now we're just waiting for our little Bean to sprout.

8 Centimeters to Go!

We just had our 38 week check-up and I am already about 2 centimeters dilated--just in time for our new glider to arrive! I imagine that we will be spending a lot of time with the Bean in this chair, especially during Steeler season :0) Dan thinks Bean will arrive by this Monday but I think it will still be a few more days... we'll have to see what she thinks!
